It's funny... the touristy thing is like "let's go to a couple of resorts, and live on the beach," when you can do that here in the states for much cheaper ;)

Not many people experience it the way the locals do (we rented a house above Boquete), but the experience is so much more profound .

YES it was AWESOME!!!!!

We flew into Panama City, and after spending a few days there, we took a road trip to Boquete where we spent about 3 weeks. After that, we worked our way back through David to Panama City, spent a couple more days there, and then flew back.

We did a bunch of stuff in Panama, but we did not do it in the conventional "gringo" way, and enjoyed it vastly. I hope to go back there soon.

where in panama did you go to? my family is from here and i grew up in this country.  I miss it sometimes. isn't it beautiful?
