The humming birds migrate from South America. A long distance is no problem to them, But they need to feed all the time with all the energy that they put out. Of course they don't glide much.

Nice pictures. I didn´t know you had Hummingbirds or Kolibris as we say in Sweden (but We don´t have them here though). We have different Gulls in Sweden, like the ones in your album, but many of the other birds you have pictures of are unknown to me. My oldest son is very interested in birds and note where and when he see a new type, so I also learn a thing or two because I am often out in the nature with him.
