Scenes from Washington State

I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where the topography ranges from deep canyons to high mountains, and the climate from rain forest to desert. These are a sampling of photos I've taken during my journeys around Washington state.

Most of my hiking is up and down river banks to get to the water where trout lurk.

Ah, my homeland! James, I grew up in Spokane (and was actually a chess student of Dave Collyer). Really great to see these pictures of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I sure miss it sometimes!
