I thought the second match against Deep Blue was rigged way in favor of the computer.  The matches (probably some of the toughest in G.K.'s life) would have been mentally exhasting!  They didn't even give G.K. time (by tournament standards) to rest; computers don't need mental breaks.  They also withheld lots of data, where in tourney's G.K. would have been able to study his opponent before the match.  The fact he won a couple matches at all shows how brilliant G.K. really was.  (IS!)

Maybe You are talking about a simple computer GM_Jhon.  Let say D.B didn't cheat.  So, this means that nobody can beat DB.  And I think the reason why G.K lost the game is because he cannot castled his king to the ferocious attacked by D.B., I mean how can you beat DB if he can calculate millions of variation per second?.

When the first time that I had my champion trophy, I was only 18 then I used latest computer for my expanding knowledge, which is pentium by Intel and can read million bytes per second. I played with my friend watching me, we found that the computer has weakness, I won that day. I had question in my mind, why this computer still insist the probability of winning versus human mind?

I found that Garry Kasparov is still playing for the computer, this is probably he has a purpose. And I found that the deep blue is almost impossible, this is corporate. So whatever he wants it is the future, for sure...

I thought Kasparov didn't win the game against deep blue(IBM)

Because it is my most favorite cartoon of all time.  I wish i can buy a DVD of the whole episodes Nylsel, because here they just sell it on VCD and it is not in a whole episodes or it is incomplete.  So, did you find a DVD of Voltes V there?.

I like the cartoon shoku too Nylsel, because the story is all about basketball, and i like to buy a DVD too of that cartoon.

I think i'm sure, because the historian chess said that in game 6, K.G wants to sacrifice a pawn, because his position is very weak, but D.B didn't take it, computer chess cannot do that, only humans.

Nylsel, when i was a kid i always watch a cartoons, and my favorite one was Voltes V, so do you know this Voltes V cartoon?.

 I think Karpov was envy with kasparov because He had a chance to play the IBM. Ahahaha
