they usually dont eat us...they take a bite for curiosity but most of the time we look like seals with are limbs hanging....then after they bit they ussually swim away..its a proven fact that sharks dont like the taste of humans..and ussually when peopl die from a shark its from blood loss...its all proven...hundreds of stories..

maybe thats why shark eat us, overpopulation?, or do we just taste good?, lol

whatever it is, mother ature has a balance and part of tat balance is the elimination of the few for the benefit of the whole

I understand that but with the overpopulation of seals we need sharks to hunt them like great whites, because seals eat olot of fish and if the seal population keeps growing then there wont be enough for humans...and sharks are great filters for the ocean..but i understand why tiger sharks but i think bull sharks are more agressive and go into shallower waters

sorry to disagree, up to a point. some are protected species but we leave those alone, like the manatee. Tiger sharks, on the other hand, hunt us and they dont care about our protection. Many friends and relatives have been their victims while just swimming and having a god time. With all due respect to your opinion and yourself, there are some sharks, like these tiger sharks, which are over populated and pose a threat to us humans, which make them fair game. In contrast, cattle pose no threat and we butcher them mercilessly. Perhaps some people ought to look at this, or a broader picture next time we eat a hamburguer.  Thanks for your input. While I disagree up to a point, I appreciate your well intended opinion.

YOU CAN GUESS THE SIZE BY COMPARING THE SHARKS TO THE PEOPLE LOOKING BY AND BY THE TRUCK''S BED. THE "LITTLE" ONE WAS ABOUT 7 FEET AND WEIGHTED IN AT NEAR 400 LBS. THE BIG ONE WAS ABOUT 12 FEET AND 650 LBS

MY FRIEND, THE PROFFESSIONAL, ALMOST LOST A LEG WHEN THE BIG ONE ALMOST BIT IT OFF. THANK GOD HE PULLED IT BACK JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME
