This looks like an artist's conception of a gas giant in a close-in orbit of a star that's not the sun.

so what i think is that this is jupiter orbiting the sun.

Jupiter's orbit lies outside (waaaay outside) that of the Earth so the picture would have to have been taken by someone (something) even farther out than that.  To show Jupiter crossing if front of the Sun at that distance the Sun would not appear massive as in the picture but would appear as a fairly small disc, much smaller than the planet shown in the picture.   Pretty picture however.

Most likely an artist's conception as mentioned, that planet would have most likely disintegrated before it was even that close to a star.
