Ye sorry for landing on your personal thread C..but when i see talk of Floyd i just can't resist joining in.. :o)
I've seen lots of videos of the festivals on youtube. Looks like a lot of fun.
Ye i've been up the tor a few times..i'm a regular to Gladsto.. started 1982..saw U2 bin 14 times since..watched coldplay last year..apart from my family n' trade it's pretty much all i can brag about..Waiting for confirm this next year..A true adventure.
Sounds really cool.
BTW, I've been to Glastonbury (but not to the music festival). Saw the Tor and the abbey.
Ye i watched Floyd at Glastonbury 2002...brilliant..the best i've seen there..it was the first time they used surround sound at an open air...when the helicopter off " dark side of the moon" landed..And the clocks off "Time".....Absolutely amazing..glad you like them too C.
I am happy he and I get to do so many fun things together.
You two seem very happy! I am a corny kind of guy I know, sorry, hehe.
Very. Neither of us are heavy drinkers. He hardly ever drinks at all. I have a glass of wine fairly often, but not too much at a time.
I hope he's kind when he drinks!
I think he had Jameson with lemon.
What's your husband drinking?
If this one comes to your town, I'd definitely recommend it!
Nice! I need to see (hear) more concerts, rock and roll of course. I hope this one will leave a memorable impression for you two!
Lucky you. It would have been great to see the original tour.
Awsome. First time i saw Roger , was when he was still in Floyed. I saw the original Wall tour at Nassau Coliseun on Long Island NY in like 1980 or 81. Cant recall ? Mind Blowing. I saw the Radio Kaos tour in NYC, and the Hitchiker tour in 13 cities.
He is a 1 of a kind.
We had a lot of fun.
From what I have heard-must have been Awesome
