I've heard that Paizo is coming out with the equivalent of a "red box" starter set for the Pathfinder RPG (which, as I've said elsewhere, is now carrying the Torch of Gygax single-handedly) later this year. I think that's where we'll start. :)

I never thought of that either, cruel but something I might put in a dungeon for my mate sometime. If the Lurker Above swallowed the victim would the Trapper swallow the Lurker Above?

... Why did it never occur to me to put a Trapper and a Lurker Above in the same room???  :)
