Jorge, I have attached the letter and policy pages explaining the lack of
coverage for the pipe, itself. If you look
under B. 3. at the end of pg 12, you will see where it states, that coverage for
a faulty repair or workmanship is
not excluded. We can not cover damages or repairs to the pipe itself. If there
was any kind of resulting damage
from the leak, meaning your contents or flooring were damaged as a result of the
leak, there would be coverage
for that from a loss like this. If you have any more questions, feel free to
call me.
