wow.... there couldnt be better rules than this.. thanks!!
these days i am already following these and almost riding with fear.
well said!thank u pks for posting such a thing
Now u need rest ofcourse. I suggest you to consult with a physio and confirm by scan or x-ray. Give maximum rest to that hand until it heals.
Most of the Girls are senseless drivers on the road. Its common in here also. They won't care the tracks, speed of the other vehicles and traffic rules at all and a possible accident which may take someones life. We men do smoking or using mobile phone while driving sometimes, but girls do, not only this but put powder and lipsticks too.
In Gulf our permitted speed is 100km-fast line. But we may take 120-140 in fast line to manage timings. So a small mistake cause definite accident. As a brother what I want to advise you is while driving we should behave like a horse. "Aswamantra" will definitely save us from making accidents. So keep it up the following rules on road in future.
Dear Sajee, its dificult to get you accident if you try to follow these promptly. May God bless you to get well soon.
time ....heals every wound
Just give it time to heal yes this is your best thing
Don't push it too hard though Sajay you don't want to risk it popping out again
I was going through ur profile, just to know, how u deal with the IM. I think its going good.
Any way how this dislocation happend? Its true once it dislocated, the chances are more to happen it again and again. So certain precaution should always taken while you lift heavy weight.
In my experience it happend to me too many times while playing (especially smashing the ball through a difficult angle). Our Coach used to advise to take regular ground push-ups on fist (5 or 10 times) is one of the remedy to reduce its frequency of return. So I think you can try that after it cured totally.
Any way Get well soon.
I said,pl. don't be afraid!
its mere a possibility that it will recur
your case is a severe jerk or collision
and dislocation of the joint
in certain cases the shoulder joint simply
dislocates when u use a 'vettukathi' or sth like that
and such cases are are prone to recurrence
If this is the first time u faces the dislocation
u forget the chance for recurrence buttis better
u consult a good Homoeopath at the earliest.
Yes I have heard too that once a shoulder has "popped" then its at risk of popping out any time. Just be careful my friend.
thankks.. now the pain is very low.. but what bother me most is the thoughts of recurring same
I hope it manages to heal up soon x
Get well soon to move your chess pieces:)
Balusaheb ji is correct...let him retuen with enhanced vigour!
You are very active and god decided to force you to take some rest. Get well soon.
