Bravo!, Beautiful presentation. Your artistry comes thru with every item. And I bet there is a bit of heaven with every bite. I would love to see more. You should produce a book, if you haven't already. Your friends, family and the generations to come will love you for it. Give yourself a big hug from Popcurry.

PS: I spent 40 years as a director of food services in Universities. I know excellence when I see it. Some of the best hotels would have a hard time keeping up with you.
