An Aussie ah! - I see your picture of the Wizard of Oz characters - I played the part of the tin-woodman in the NZ premier of the Wizard many years ago in Hamilton

Wallyjack

Just to let you know I agree with you about people let games time out.

Thanks,wizardchesser."Time-outers" are a curse,as far as I'm concerned! All they do by losing games in that way is to put extra pressure on the other Wizards in their team match who are valiantly battling to get a match win for our incantation and I don't want them in our GREAT group!!!

Hello, Wallyjack! I have received your invitation to join  your Group "The Wizards of Oz" and I surely will, but let me ask you, What do you know about Alice Chess? As you probably know, Alice chess was created by Vernon Rylands Parton in England, after reading Lewis Carroll's tale "Through the looking-glass and what Alice found There", a sequel of the saga Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. At present, I know the only one site where you can play Alice chess, namely, www.SchemingMind.com/  My aspiration is to organize a group of chess nerds who like playing Alice chess, a real fairy-tale variant. Are you willing to pick up my aspiration?

Sincerely,

Ferdyrojo

When do you start round 2?  I note that 50% of round 1 games have been completed in the 1700 to 1899 tournament.

All the best.

Jim
