I bought my first wooden chess set from this company and have found them to be very friendly. The products were first class and the customer service good. Highly recommended. I just wish I could afford the good stuff!

I have just bought the a 7" Natural Sheesham Magnetic Travel Set from them as well. The quality is amazing for the size and the price. The guy who runs this company is very friendly and very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Really top quality sets and a nice company to deal with. I wouldn't normally bother writing a review, but its good to see a company doing things properly. The stuff they have really is beautiful. I've bought from them a few times now and the customer service has been above and beyond - so I felt I'd return the favor by writing this review ...

Very dissapionted in this company. Ordered a Chess board, they delivered the wrong size as the one I wanted was not in stock. No phone call or email to check if this was OK. Returned the board and received a different board which was very poor quality. Returned this board and after 4 weeks and many phonecalls with one very rude sales person, and many unanswered messages later still have not received my refund of £80.

Not surprisingly this company do not allow you to post your review on the company websit, but have countless tales of what a great service they provide.

If you don't know exactly what type of chess-related product is suitable as a gift, call these gentlemen. They carry top quality products and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable.

The quality of their website was what first attracted me to their company. The pieces and boards look even better than the very professional online photos.

Awsome company, I bought a portable chessboard http://www.regencychess.co.uk/7-inch-lacquered-sheesham-magnetic-mini-inlaid-chess-set-p-69.html

A couple of months after buying it one of my idiot chess hating friends ate a pawn!!

I sent message to these guys and now they're sending me a replacement pawn in the post. Excellent.

It's a great board, perfect for taking around to friends for tea. litterally.
