Other board games are doing terribly in this poll and I really did expect it to be quite high. I thought there were many among us that dabbeled in Shogi, Diplomacy etc.
Board games. I play an assortment of Euro games. I played Thurn and Taxis, Race for the Galaxy, Age of Steam, Wits & Wagers, Buyword, and that was just last night. I'd rather be playing games like Chicago Express, Indonesia, and Container though.

Bad survey question due to insufficient number of choices. For example, my other hobby is astronomy/cosmology. No place for that choice on the survey.
Therefore I don't think you'll get as large a response on this survey. Too many other hobbies missing. It's not that you didn't include them...there are too many to include! This is just a bad survey topic in general unless one can have a "fill in the blank" option.

Hmmm... I like aikido and fly-fishing but I don't think of either of them as sports. Good thing I also like boardgaming so I have something to check off.

My family. I think people need to look up from the board from time to time and realize, that they are not getting any chicks. Go out in the real world and find some female companionship! Get a REAL life, i mean chess is great and fun and all, but i mean you have to take a break SOMETIMES!

I play checkers sometimes, I play the Wii, I take karate and play a little football, I watch things like the Super Bowl and the World cup Championship, I love to read (but not so much writing), I have made a movie in iMovie once but I guess that's not a hobby, I draw a lot, I play the piano, and I would consider cooking as fun, so I guess you could say all of the above for me.
