When are we gonna get a turny with kids 18 and younger?  Maybe a 13-18 and a 12 and younger turny... and then a follow up with 18 and younger.... Should be fun...

The only thing that slows me down is my body - usually the first thing to go during aging, or so one might hope!  I have my mind though I sometimes forget things. It's strange that these small lapses in memory while doing some tasks doesn't show up in my chess play.  Perhaps that's due to constantly re-thinking the positions that arise during the game.

interesting how 1 out of evey 4 accounts is held by a teenager. and i agree with SK-B lol we are all children we are only pawns in the game of life but some very lucky ones make it to the 8th and become queens.

I am 62 this year, I just started to learn chess last year,I wish I had started when I was younger, but you are never to young to learn, even from the youngsters who I must say are great.
