    The analysis could be better.

    If you take a look at the second variant, where it says that white has the advantage of +6.85. It is going to be mate after 26.Rxh7+ Kxh7 27.Bf8#.

    The variant starting with Kf8 is incorrect too.

    After 22... Nc6 follows 23.Bh6 Kf7 (23... gxh6 Ng6#) (23... Ne7 24.Qxg7+ Ke8 25.Qxe7#) 24.Qf5+ Kg8 25.Qg6 and mate on the next move.

    If you give black a free move, then black will play ...Na6, defending the back rank from the rook.
