Problem ID: 0026705
It just bothers me a bit that variations about the problem here are about the same in every rating range. This is no more difficult than those same kinds of problems in 1200 range :)
brave, it's due to people missing the problem. it increases the rating.
this tactic trainer is such BS, it should involve TACTICS not "play the best move".. I got an Endgame problem where the key move was just centralizing the king, how the fuk is that a tactic :D
better moves is Qh8 and then f6.. but the solution is say f6 there is moves for black..
@ashfaquerocks Qh8 first allows the black King to escape via Ke7 then Kd8, but with f6 first there is no black move that stops Qh8# next.
Got it. Only lost 3 points for the time it took to find it.
easier then playing chess
Got it... but still lost 11 points
@TomSawyer2112 Kg8 stops the immediate Qh8# and forces Qxg5 and then Qg7#
this tactic trainer is such BS, it should involve TACTICS not "play the best move"...
There's no difference.
So simple I almost didn't see it.
