Problem ID: 0049423
Rf1+ works too !!! The same but in different order.
Do you mean Rf1 on the first move? If so, click on "View Analysis and source".
Why is the problem rating 1546? This problem is incredibly easy...
Petejoz: Why is your rating so low to receive such "easy" problems for solving?? No, seriously, right now about 50% of the solvers fail this problem. This shows clearly the problem is a good one for a certain level of skill.
No, costelus, it's clear that if you say a problem is easy, it makes you a stronger player. By this measure, PETEJOZ is incredibly strong.
It is rated 2333 now, so that shows that 50% of everyone with a rating around 2300-2350 doesn't find this easy.
Now it's down to 1807 after I dropped by 16 points.
Going back to Rf1 (because I always appreciate it when other commenters spell something out for my lazy self)--Rf1 allows Ne1, which derails the whole checkmatey thing.
nice, not so hard
Fine, but when I moved my piece the computer didn't recognise a move and the clock kept running and I was unable to continue the play and lost points. Seems to be a technical glitch.
You make me laugh, guilecunning.
HOW IS THIS 2041???? THIS WAS AN INSTANTANEOUS SOLVE FOR ME!!!
That was a long time ago, ha,ha.
I can only imagine people are being tempted by an immediate Rf1.
Wow, it's 1904 now.
I defeated it! ha!
If 1...Rf1+ then 2. Ne1 and white is fine right?
If 1.....Rf1+ then white would win.
I fell for Rf1+! But then, white responds Re1 or Ne1 and the opportunity for black to win disappears.
