Solution says: "1. Rh8+ Kf7 2. Be8+ Nxe8 3. Kg5 Rf2 4. Rf8# 1-0"
Isn't it the same result as:1. Rh8+ Kf7 2. Kg5 ...

2.Kg5 is answered with 2..Nxe4+ and the net will fall apart. For example 3.Kh5 Ng6+
