Problem ID: 0185746
easy:)Just take the white knight+white bishop is trapped. The pass rate shouldn't be 60% below
I guess a lot a people don't see the Bishop defender and capture with the King or Queen
Spent 54 seconds looking for a mate that wasn't there.
What?! I spent 72 seconds!!
I just didn't observe what the Knight captured on the first move so I spent more than three quarters of the time on a mate that never was.
I had the same problem as StrategicPlay.
Nf3+ looked like a promising try.
54? i spent 56 seconds assuming something deeper...then when i decided there wasn't anyway to gain something..i just did the first thing that popped into my head. i ate the rook with my bishop...THEN i realized it was also trapped too :p
how come it's rated so high ?!
Because many of us are looking for a tactical attack to the WH king, before thinking about capturing the knight.I spent all my time trying to find if there is an attacking combination, but when I decided that there isn't and captured the knight I lost 10 points.
I spent 20 seconds trying to find a checkmate, until I realized that I can take the knight for free...oh dear...
ppl probably don't see the bishop.
i thought im here to do tactics not eye examination
the pass rate might be so low because people are looking for something more complex.
What do people mean, the bishop is trapped?
It just swaps off with the white bishop.
