How could you win the tournament without your rating going over 1400, by definition you will win most games to win a tournament you would have to have a really low starting rating. Wouldn't it make more sense to not have rating points in tournament play? All I have done is win my group in two tournaments and it shot up well above 1400

Vjbhakuni1  I refer to the score/rating at the time/start of the tournament.....in particular two players over 1450.....for me it is not a correct behavior......Laughing

But dats not fair.. a person with 1390 rating will have 1450+ rating if he wins all his 6 matches.. moreover he is also playing more games which may also increase his rating.. :(

The players above 1450 will be eliminated, if possible. The rating is < 1400, it's possible a tollerance of 50 points.
