Your opponent is currently on vacation!
    "I'm on vacation
    ..
       Sorry for inconvenience!ce"
They have 19 days 6 hours of vacation time left, but may be back sooner.

This is the lack of chess-etiquette that I was thinking of in my earlier comments. It is mate in one!!! and my opponent takes a vacation. Maybe this ridiculous disgrace continues in 22 days. So let's wait patiently till my opponent regains common sense

It's a draw, maybe one of the players can claim. So round 3 could start any moment if players follow some chess etiquette

I agree. I tried to contact my oponent in every possible way and very politely. He doesn't react. I play chess for over 50 years and this has not happened to me in an official game. My opponent waits 71 hours for each next move and my answer is a conditional move. I deleted my earlier comment in case of annoying my opponent, but this is very unrespectfull to my chessquality that I know I have. I don't play these games anymore. Both have several lines of conditional moves till mate. I don't know what else I can do.

I'm playing against that guy HarrySeldon, but i'm quiting. I won't play against cheating players. I analysed his last 20 moves with my Kasparov 2150 Chess computer and guess what? Right. All the moves he made were the same as the computer would have played on his higest level. I quit.

Why is it not obvious? Has anybody reported him? It's hard for chess.com to notice things like this when nobody reports them. They can't monitor every single tournament and every player's actions, but they can look into those we report.

And he's losing.  He's stalling.  He thinks he's important.  Why is his behavior not obvious to chess.com. hmm?

It is strange that 271 players just waiting for one who is on vacation ...Chess.com is requested to make some changes/restrictions in the vacation Rules...please!

    Matein34,

Nice guess on start of 2nd round. Only 1 game left.

billy, whether or not it's suspicious depends on when the vacation was started...considering said player has played a live game today. If you can play live games, you can play CC games and have no right to use your vacation. If he went on vacation before today, then...well, you get the picture.

One game to go and the one with the losing position decides to go on vacation.  Kind of rude, don't you think?  Maybe I'm too suspicious.

That's the kind of slide that happens when your timeout rate for the past 90 days is 89%.
