    OH well...  I don't mean to delay the tournament...  sorry..

    You could have withdrawn before the start of Round 2. 

    On-line games concluded before 6 moves seem not change rate, but I am not sure if it is same for tournaments...

    i play play the french- when i want to surprise -simon williams has inpired me in his french opening - he is on of the pioniers - else sometimes i speak a little french when i want to impres girls - good luck to you  all -may the french connection be exciting

    Two of my opponents transposed to Sicilian with 2.... c5 I'd have prefered practice against French but can't complain. Only 1. e4 e6 mandatory.

    Come on people, if you subscribe for a thematic tournament you'd better be studying the opening properly.

    Half my opponents dropped a pawn before move 5 and the other half are finding themselves in bad positions straight away. Nothing remotely close to a main line where we can practice typical french themes yet.

    Disappointing...
