Did you get 2 points after playing? If so, congratulations! You won against the computer!

That is what i do if i suspect someone is cheating...

In that other tournament, i and one other in the group gained 2 points, while 1 got ½, the rest all lost 2-0

So, the advice is to delay the moves and wait for their account to be closed. If you lost the game against the computer-player, it remains lost game.

I have him in my group in a different tournament... he was beginning to stand out for all the wrong reasons

Waldlaubersheim's account has been closed. I had a feeling that he's not playing fair because he had only won games and delayed my moves. But it's unfair now for the players who already lost the games against him.

Free members ARE allowed to win tournaments just like everyone else.

I see you now have deleted your original post (or it has been moderated), but i recall you said he had been banned for cheating. If he was cheating, then he should have been banned. People who use this site don't need nor want people who have been caught cheating coming back the next day under a new name. That really defeats the purpose of banning them, and is a pet hate for me personally

If he had multiple accounts then chess.com staff have taken the correct action. That is explicitly against the rules.

Your friend wouldn't be arizo1 and arizo2, would he?

I feel cheated. Take a look at group 39, where 2/6 players are banned from cheating. I feel like I am gaining points unfairly and unnecessarily. I much rather lose to cheaters than beat cheaters because of time. I register this tournaments for 10 games, not 6 games and automatic wins against cheaters. Give me back my 4 lost games please.
