my group has got to be one of the tightest races ever.  After I finally win this last game there will be two with 4 points, two with 5 points and two with 6 points.  Coming down to the last game.  The tie break will switch and I come from behind to advance! Weeew... tough group.

For those who are unsure about the opening, a thematic tournament is a great place to learn! It's not my strongest line, but I'd sure like to play it better. I've never had my points over 1600 before, so I'm sure I'm gonna get killed right back down, but not before I've learned a thing or two! ;)

For those who aren't aware, apart from maybe the Sicilian, it's probably the main opening that it's fan eagerly play as either colour, I see it as an awesome clash of the classical and the hypermodern.

"This to me is true chess. Somewhere between all-out war and a fairytale wonderland where strange sacrifices and tactical brilliances are possible."          (bonus points if anyone can tell me who said that, or at least something very like it.)

EDIT - And good luck to all, of course! =)

this opening really is weighting the games towards those who are capable of playing totally different openings cos u have to do one on the flank and one through the centre im not sure i will manage
