its always humor when a 500 lower rated wins, leaving the higher rated no chance

guess its a downside of a chesssite instead of a programm, wich has software to check for cpu help involved

Since you are an admin of our group, feel free to 'invite group' so you fill your tournament more quickly. (but please put the rating range 1200-2000 in the message box, so ppl outside those ratings are not disappointed by trying to join but not being able to).

On your tournament menu, you can go to 'invite people' and invite the group using the option near the top.
