Deleting No-Shows

Posted by nevil on Saturday, Mar 22 at 12:28am

I am not allowed to delete someone with a pending game. So I have tried to resign when the no show is white, this did not affect my rating.  Now that I am white I am able to make the first move and it looks like I will win by time.  I should be able to remove this person from the tournament after the game times out.  This seems to be the only way to get someone out of the tournament that has quit using Chess.com.

I will let you know if this works.

You know, the remarkable thing about these tournaments is the lack of draws!!! Like really... we're playing CC chess.. games SHOULD draw.  Weird.

Scary!  I finished my first round game with a win but I almost blew that... and against someone 600 points 'weaker'...

Yikes.. gotta pull myself back into this.
