Well, I withdrew from another tournament and instead of just taking me off the games I hadn't made a move in, it handed me a loss for all the games dropping my rating from 2055 to 1319.  I apologize for the impact this may have on you.

You need to start the game with the English Opening...  the way the tournament is set up now, anyone can play whatever they want.
