Duration of second round: 2010 03 19 to 2010 05 07 = 49 days
Duration of third round: 2010 05 07 to 2010 05 29 = 22 days

In contrast to many tournaments, which include as many as possible in the pool of eligible players, this is exclusive in that most players are not eligible.
The idea is that after 100 completed games players should have fairly stable ratings.
Older Exclusive Offset tournaments: 701-1100, 1101-1300, 1301-1500, 1501-1700, 1701-1900 and 1901-2100.
Older tournaments with similar conditions: 1001-1400, 1401-1600, 1601-1800, 1801-2000, 2001-2200.
