Important: Vacation is allowed

Minimum Games Completed: 100

Maximum Timeout %: 10

In contrast to many tournaments, which include as many as possible in the pool of eligible players, this is exclusive in that most players are not eligible.

The idea is that after 100 completed games players should have fairly stable ratings. Although not guaranteed, players who advance in this tournament will be more likely to still be near the rating they started with.

Players much over 1100 will be removed at the start. I will make an executive decision about who to remove when the time comes. To ease this decision the upper limit for registering is 1075 not 1100.

Edit: Maximum rating is now 1100.

Older tournaments with similar conditions: 1001-1400, 1401-1600, 1601-1800, 1801-2000.

this is the only thing i really hate about tourneys.....you start only to have someone in your group take an extended vacation.......if one knows they are going to be able to play they shouldnt enter
