Oh good, I'm not the biggest upset anymore.  Looks like there are still a lot of possible winners.  Have to agree that the number of games at this time control was challenging.

Ya. It's random. 22 games was a bit much to play each one w 100% concentration. But, I've been playing it semi blitz style. But I have had to wake up early a few days to not timeout.

It is totally random every time, AFAIK. I'm eager for the next tournament with such a time control, but 2 games (with every other) simultaneously is too much! People usually also have a bit of life apart from chess, hehe.

Did you choose to have a single starting position or is that forced in a 960 tournament?  I'm just curious.  I've learned quite a bit by playing this same game 20 times.  I've made the same mistake more than once and learned some moves to good advantage.  Next time I say OK to this I think I'll need to take a vacation from work.   :-)
