    Lol...James, I was thinking something similar last night. I'm in another tournament that's like 1200-1600, but I was playing a guy in the 1900s. Lol. I could see if he were in the low 1700s, but I'm not sure he jumped from 1600 to 1900 during the tournament. Lol. 

    The key to being happy in a tournament, it seems, is not to think about anything but playing the game. Smile

    The pairing logic in this one is weird! Instead of pairing up the top rating with the bottom rating, it pairs the top rating of the first half with the top rating of the second half, and so on. Consequence, I am facing a 600 point deficit in my next game. Never mind...to win one has to meet and beat the best players sooner or later!
