Not really. Im unsure how to pair people manually if its even possible.

The way this tournament is paired is its split into 2 groups of 32. 1-32 in first group according to rating. 33-64 in 2nd group.

1 plays 33 2 plays 34 all the way down to 32 plays 64.

Do we get ranked, too?  I.E. the 4 highest ratings are "1", the 4 lowest are "16"s and so on?
