My opponent has been on "vacation" for several weeks now. It says they have more than a month left but does that mean that's how long I'll have to wait for this game to be declared a win? I'm not getting any ratings points out of this - but it would be good to keep the tournament moving along.

How does the tie break work with 2 people. I blundered a game away but should win the 2nd game. Will me and my opponent advance to the next round?
