I've only lost a handful of games on time - congrats to Wakey for catching me off-guard. Laughing

(utahman) We don't have the luck of the Irish but we can certainly drink like them.

Man I have DandyDanD in my pairing agian.  Here comes another slaughtering.  Maybe I can get lucky and win like Wakey just did, by winning on time.  Wakey do the Scotch have the luch of the Irish as well?

I guess round 4 will start once rookandlatter's vacation ends.  So, see you all in 25 days.  Maybe sooner if we can somehow kick rookandlatter out of the tournament.

Down to my last game.  Win and I advance, lose or draw and I go home packing.  This is what makes chess tournaments so fun.

Why oh why is there not a set limited time out for a competition. Rookandladder in my group 4 has been on vacation since this round started and everyone else is almost finished. It only takes one bad egg to ruin an omlette. Does anyone else agree?

My appologies, to soccerates.  It appears that gregtoknowhere is the reason that the next round has yet to begun.  Gregtoknowhere there is a resign button if you have lost interst in playing in this tournament.  Please use this option rather than have us waite till your vaction runs out and then you lose.

I agree with  utaman... whomever is running the tourney should try to contact gregtonowhere and socrates and ask them to hurry it along or they should be disqualified. This tourney is for those who make an effort to play one day per move.

Um can we just kick gregtoknowhere and socrates out of the tournament.  I mean 5 moves in over 2 months, come on.  All of us are waiting for the next round to begin.  Seeing as neither are advancing can we just count this one as a loss for both of them.

Hey gregtoknowhere and socrates, next time you enter a tournatment maybe you should look at the moves per day.  At your pace the next round will begin a year from now.

My group is tight. 5 people still have a realistic chance of advancing.

Do you guys know what <1500 means? It means 0-1499. Perhaps you confused it with >1500. Yell
