This is the third reincarnation of that Big Ugly Alekhine Tourney your mother warned you about when you were a kid.  Fully grown men (and women)  have been seen running from this one.  Have you the courage and strength to survive?

Well., ya have to 'Join' to find out...

This will add no more than 4 games at a time to your busy schedule... so give it a shot!

My first foray with the Ugly Alekhine had me running for the hills.  After my second pass with this Ugly Beast, I suffered with dry mouth, sweaty palms, heart palpitations, loss of appetite, loss of depth perception, and a nasty condition of what is often called "hot-dog fingers".

Yes, just terrible. To chess.com: Please do not make any more "improvements" and leave what is working alone. And please revert back to the old version. I really miss the ability to analyze my board from any past move.

I am currently in a newish game against redredwine. However there appears to have been a move which cannot happen. Can someone please look at the game, and move the game back one, and then move it forward. Then expalin to me , how he is able to take my pawn. Thankyou.
