This tournament is for people who enjoy games that take a few days, not weeks. The time control is three days per move, but that is only to compensate for the no-vacation rule. I hope that on average people will make several moves per day, with perhaps an occasional break for a weekend or becoming busy with life's other demands.
It is very unlikely that the tournament will have anything close to 100 players. I will almost certainly start it early, so we can start playing without waiting long.
