Words of advice for those who need help playing the black side, never EVER play ...e5 unless it like...  wins a piece or you're able to enforce d5 afterwards. Its really funny to see people blocking their most powerful piece (the g7 bishop) just for a one time attack on the d4 knight. it also weakens the d6 pawn, which white can easily build up on and win.

Words of advice for those who need help playing the white side, trading your d4 knight for the one on c6 is usually bad. The main point is that it takes the d5 sqaure away from white, which is one of white's main outposts in the sicillian.
