oh well, getting excited there for a moment, thought this was going to be a close finish but just spotted yet another bungy jumper = a player way too highly ranked for the tournament who manages to dumb down their rank for long enough to enter, only to bounce back to their usual score and ofcourse notch up an easy Tournament 'win'. Sort of defeats the purpose of ranked tournaments.
