King's Gambit tournament > 1600

A tournament for lovers of the King's Gambit, here focussing on the Bishop's Gambit variation in which White seeks to immediately put pressure on f7 in exchange for the gambited pawn.  Less common than 3. Nf3, but leaves Black with the decision of whether to immediately attack the White king or proceed more cautiously.

The King's Gambit has always been one of my favourite openings so please join if you feel the same and wish to try this attacking variation which famously formed the opening of the Immortal Game (http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1018910) between Adolf Anderssen and Lionel Kieseritzky in 1851
