Except after cxb4 Qb6+ Kh1 Qxb4 Rb1 black wins the f pawn as well. It looks like 2 pawns is too much to overcome for white.
11. Qa4 from the opening book looks strong. After Bd7 white has Qc4 attacking the c5 and d3 pawns. If 11 ... b5 instead, then Qe4 and white looks pretty active.
