this series is very valuable and chess.com should be very thankful to Grandmaster Dzindzichasvili for creating it. underscores how good these players were at their craft, how finely tuned were their skills and how intricate a sport chess is in reality. bewilders me how people can even think to compare themselves to famous soviet grandmasters like botvinnik, tal, karpov, kasparov, korchnoi, bronstein, petrosian, geller, smyslov and the list goes on I'm sure. how does a person even entertain such an absurd notion in their mind?

Botvinnik! Without doubt, in my opinion , is the player who has influenced modern chess the most. Hands down!  Fischer is often mentioned as the best of all time. He didnt play long enough to garner that accolade, in MY opinion.

It's crazy how life often comes down to a few moments.  Many would be too coy to ask the mighty Botvinnik.

I did not know you were a Botvinnik student. Chess.com is the best, hands down.

I really feel like hugging Roman. Cranky little man... but so sweet inside.

Thanks again, GM Roman, for your splendid Videos.  I especially like the introductory biographical information on these videos.  They are invaluable to us in gaining knowledge about the Masters of Chess and learning from their games.  More of these please.
