Melik Khachiyan, you're the best. I love your style of play and how you explain your games. Keep up the good work.

Hey Melik! This video gets better each time I see it. Absolutely awesome and played well from both sides.

Very nice game and the idea of the "positional sacrifice". Learned a lot, thanks Melik!

Typical Melikset Khashiyan, mixing things up and winning with excellent endgame technique. And utilizing the positional sacrifice, one of his favorite weapons.

Absolutely brilliant..... something I need to work on, positional more than piece value

The depth of GM understanding of a given position is amazing.  Your video really gives insight into how the masters see the game.  Thanks!

Very interesting. What I especially like is the explanation on "how to think". I always feel my own way of playing is too much playing "with fear". Thinking that loosing material without a concrete short-term compensation (like a mate or something like that) means I'm not playing well. I usually win my games by not making mistakes (so in fact: my opponents loose to themselves, not to me). The way of playing chess in this video is creative, "thinking out of the box" and beyond playing strictly by rules of thumb (like I always do). I should read my Shirov-books more often I guess.

I very much liked this video.

very instructive..wish I could play like that.one has to have chess skills of that level of rating to be able to figure that. i am  always scared to give away a big piece like that unless the gains are very obvious ...like a mate in 3 or 4 of winning a bigger piece like a Q
