@Proveteur ..yea true :)
After someone said moving both e6 and g6 ll not work for black ..this structure comes natural to me XD ..thnks for showing tactics in this lines ..and also i feel confident tht ..its not i am weak in end game ..its lack of options i have ..u gave rook and bishop for rook ...knowing ..king and pawn endings a winning one ...thts nice ...learning would make stronger ..i am going to study with an extra tempo xd hehe
ProVteur
haha love the way he talks about chess.com being one big happy family . Not in that exact words, but still.
Thanks again for your videos, the pawn structure 101 lectures are definitely the most educational videos I've seen so far! Hope you'll do some more in the near future!
ptrckmackay

"No dancing in your pantsing" ?!! I've said it before, and I'll say it again : Your videos alone are worth the price of diamond membership. What a rare and wonderful gift you have to be so educational and entertaining at the same time. Thanks again.

Very instructive and relevant to my own repertoire, something I'll watch twice for sure!

kapishreshta
Wow! That was entertaining! :)
laminat0r
This is a supremely awesome video, and two well-chosen games for illustration... There's something consistently entertaining about unbalanced (material) positions

by IM Daniel Rensch
IM Daniel Rensch brings the Scheveningen Structure to a close today by reviewing two games from his personal library that highlight the tactical possibilities of the common sacrifice on e6. The second game under review, an encounter with the young IM Steven Zierk, shows the issues with white sacrificing on e6 without a clear plan or idea of execution...

ACEChess
At age 14, Daniel earned the status of U.S.C.F. National Master, an achievement that was a record for Arizona chess players at the time. Daniel was ranked in the Top 10 for his age in the United States every year from the age of 12 - 21years old, and at one point he was the highest rated 19-year old in the country. He earned the IM title at age 23. As a Chess Coach/Trainer, Danny has developed multiple State and National Champions. Recently, he has cut back his teaching duties significantly to focus on the growth of Chess.com and ChessKid.com, and to strive towards the GM title.
