    After playing chess many years, I gave in and I am going to embark on my study plan, in earnest. The power I got from this video was the importance of the red lines, I always visualized the travel of a piece to a point, maybe if I actually think how the resultant "red arrow form" would look due to overall configuration, would lead to faster awareness of current game.     How did Todd clear the board of all the pieces inncluding the King ? I know he is using the live analysis board, but I cannot figure out how to clear off the king. Please advise.

    Helpful to "read" the board as in numbers and letters in combinations of each.  Rather than learning notation as in letters and numbers being mixed in different ways. That is, R-c1 is easier to visualize than QR-Kkt.  At least that makes sense in my mind!!
