tal's winning (23rd move).he is up in material and also has an attack on the king.he must develop the rook  by attacking the kings castled side by pushing an direct attack to a4.

the simple 11.f3 I think is the best, even though I would love to see 11.Rxe4 dxe4 12.Bxf7+ Ke7 13.Be6 Qd6 14.Qh5..

Morphy is going to win b/c he dominates the center, and he is up in material. Also, I like his chances, as Tal's pieces are cluttered and are undeveloped.

Can someone who actually knows the answer (rather than just speculating) explain to the rest of us why there's an ongoing subscription for another Tal-Morphy game -- with the same colors as the current one -- while the current game is still in its early stages and nowhere close to finishing?

Thanks!

Qe1 wouldn't be the best for white because black can defend the knight easily.

Tal, even though I would think that Morphy would have a better position. One of Morphy's bishops is bad, and Tal has castled already. But I must say Morphy's knight on the 3rd rank is in a satisfactory position.

Enough said.
