I'm afraid I have some bad news. It is in my best interests to keep the ARC in a state of improvement at all times so I've done a lot of thinking (at way too late at night) on what could be done to improve the ARC as a whole. There's something obvious that I need to fix but kept putting off because I really don't want to hurt someone's feelings. The Admins. Arguably the most important thing when it comes to group improvement. Not only do we have far too many admins but also far too many admins that don't really do anything. Of course I know this isn't all their fault, I know one admin that's inactive due to trying to excel at his education. That's fantastic! However, having the title ARC Admin brings with it responsibility. And, like any responsibility, it will take some time out of your life. So... effective immediately... being an ARC Admin is something that needs to be continually earned. No such thing as, once was so active that you permanently have the position (like it used to be). Of course, I understand if you want to take a couple weeks off to catch up in your studies or spend more time with family but to very occasionally appear in the ARC for over a year just isn't going to work, I'm sorry. Obviously, that's completely unfair of me to demote from SA to member these former heroes of the ARC, so I'm giving everyone a 1 month warning before making any rash decisions. I don't want to put any pressure on anybody but I will be charting what admin is doing what. I really don't want another fight due to admins trying to do each others' jobs so I will split up (including myself) the responsibilities of an admin evenly. "Why is this being posted in the A.R.C. and not the ARC Admins Club?" Um... good question. I guess... I wanted to post this in the ARC to show you that we're not just another club. Changes are coming, be ready.
