**Pin**
The PinΒ is an important tactical device. Most often, a pinned piece loses its mobility and becomes a perfect object for the opponent`s attack.
**Absolute pin**
If a piece is pinned and there is absolutely no possibility of moving it because its own king is placed behind it, then this pin is called "absolute". A pinned piece often becomes a perfect target for an attack due to its immobility.

**Relative Pin**
