The Invasion of Sicily

So SLI is attempting to jump start operations by invading Judd Occupied Italy. Several naval division have bombarded Sicilian Defense Anti-Sea Bunkers, in which who were taken by complete surprise. Only one ship was lost. After this, the same day, SLI forces landed at the southern tip of Sicily, taking them, again, by surprise. SLI had advanced 30 miles in the first day. However, Judd forces quickly gathered their forces, sending several armored divisions. However, air bombardment has stopped their advance and they were unable to get to any of the infantry divisions the first day. 

Advancing Farther

While the 4 Judd armored divisions headed to the southern end of Sicily, SLI was busy sending troops to the west. Several thousand troops headed into Sicily, almost immediately taking the beaches. This however was a lost cause, only to retreat back to them the next day. However, the southern forces had been doing well against the 3rd, 4th, and 8th armored divisions, and demolished the 19th. Using guerilla tactics, the SLI advanced another 20 miles. However, the western forces had surrendered, thus losing over 1200 soldiers along the way. Then, SLI then sent another infantry division to the west, who believed they were done, and overtook them.
