Team drama

Hello team, I want to put this out there right now to let you all know that if I see drama on this site where all are able to read it, remember that you are reading this from me personally. Refrain from posting any kind of drama or negative remarks towards other. If you have any issues of that nature towards someone on the team, send them a personal message and work to resolve the issue one on one treating each other with full respect as well as come to an agreement between each other that the problem will never arise again. If it seems that the problem cannot be mutually resolved, go to your squad leaders and ask them to assist you for resolution of the matter. They should be able to help you. If they are not able to do so, then I fully expect them to bring the issue to me and I will address it as well as render my decision of what is to happen. I am simply not going to tolerate bs petty crap. This is a team of brothers and sisters of chess. We are not six year olds fighting over what toys there are to play with. If I see it on this page where anybody is able to read the negativity and foolish behavior of people who think they are tough behind their computer screens, I will ban you from the team, because nobody and not even I have the time to waste dealing with immaturity from within the ranks.
